What Does Your Customer Think About Closing?

I was recently featured on Jeff Shore’s show “The Buyer’s Mind” to talk about how customer’s perceive closing.  I am a huge fan of Jeff Shore, and one of his books – Be Bold and Win the Sale – is on my top 10 best sales books ever list.
